Whether it is online, in person, or when you are out and about, there are many ways to pay your TDPUD bill.

Online

Login to your account by clicking on My Account at the top right of this page. Make a payment while on the move by downloading the SmartHub app to your iOS or Android device.

Pay by Phone

Call the toll-free pay by phone line at (855) 938-3515 and follow the easy prompts to complete your payment. The automated phone payment system is available 24/7. You will need your account number handy to pull up your information. 

Pay in Person

Stop by our main lobby and chat with one of our Customer Service Representatives to make a payment in person.
