Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Truckee Donner Public Utility District, Nevada County, California, herein referred to as the “DISTRICT”, will receive sealed bids at the District office, 11570 Donner Pass Road, Truckee California 96161 until 1:30 PM, Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at which time they shall be opened and publicly read for: HVAC Maintenance Service Contract 2027

The WORK of this Contract comprises the following service:

• Routine preventative HVAC maintenance.
• Inspection and proactive servicing of HVAC systems to facilitate heating/cooling with minimal downtime.
• Test and Inspection
• Air Filter Media and Service
• Coil Service and Belt Service
